I make plans, but also flexible for unexpected changes.
Planning is essential. However, panic of facing unexpected changes never be an issue. Embracing some extent of flexibility support me to accomplish a task with ease.
Clear communication is something I deeply believe in.
Making sure that people from across roles are on the same page is key. I use design management files to align with my colleagues and encourage them to do the same.
I can speak the language of the stakeholder I'm talking to.
The design consultant experience allows me to understand every stakeholder’s ways of expressing opinions and speaking the language they feel comfortable with, both in-house colleagues and clients.
Everything I truely know, I can explain to a 5yr old kid.

I never knew how to ride a 🚲bike until 2019, the year of my landing in the Netherlands.
I designed a pop-up book about 🌏Geophysics in memory of my bachelor's major and got attention from some publishers. Check it out!

My Story
I was born and raised in Jilin City, the city of rime. ❄️Winter is my season. I enjoy the cold air and snow, which construct the calmness of my mind. I’m so in love with science and new techs that I chose 🌏Geophysics as my bachelor’s major. However, my true exploration of the world happens through 👀observation, 📷photography, and 🎨drawing. So I decided to take a 🪄transformative step to understand the relationship between people’s lives, technology, and the real business world through 🧑🏻💻Product Design.
The word ”🗺️internationalization” has a great influence on me. I was trained as a designer in 🎓TU Delft, the Netherlands. 🏃🏻Working at Thoughtworks in everywhere facing clients from China, America, South Africa, Brazil, etc. I enjoy multi-cultural and cross-role communication environments. This makes me feel 🤩excellent living in one world. Now, 💪🏻armed with diverse international experience in Strategic Design Research, ToB system & ToC mobile UX design, I'm eager to contribute my skills and perspectives to a more vibrant 🎙️design community again.
